The wait is finally over for Missouri medical marijuana patients as dispensaries have officially begun opening across the state!
After almost two years of medical marijuana being legalized in Missouri, the state's first dispensary opened its door to patients this October. Since then, more facilities across Missouri are beginning to operate and sell product.

Cassville Dispensary - 15335 State Hwy 76, Cassville
Green Releaf - 414 W Coastes Street, Moberly
Swade - 146 Jungermann Road, St. Peters
Missouri Health and Wellness - 901 E 1st St, Washington

What Products Are Sold?
Patients have access to a wide variety of products including: cannabis flower, edibles, tinctures, topicals, vape products, to name a few. If you are unsure of which products are best for you, speak with your budtender and they can help you find a product best for treating your symptoms.
